Quality inspection QC welding
Job responsibilities:
1. Perform inspections in accordance with the "three presses", complete daily quality inspections according to drawings (standards), processes, and technical requirements;
2. Perform inspector duties: check, identify, and record , Feedback, supervision, prevention, etc.;
3. Responsible for incoming material inspection, complete machine inspection, factory inspection, etc.;
4. Responsible for each quality inspection work and complete records, and do a good job of each link in the production process Quality monitoring and timely resolution of problems;
5. Responsible for the acceptance of each batch of production drawings and production according to the drawings;
6. Sample collection: Retain and organize the retained purchased samples;
7. Instruct, supervise, and inspect workers Master the work situation and related data.
Job requirements:
1. Have engaged in quality inspection work, technical secondary school or higher vocational education or above;
2. Familiar with the operation of quality inspection work;
4. Know the welding process better.
